but we can’t – you cannot go back to who you were and the life you had no matter how much you think you should. You are immobilized/ paralyzed. This is because you are pinned on the cross. There is nothing you can do but allow death to come. This process of dying does not rob you of life for the more you die, the more you live. This kind of death does not cause suffering but rather frees you from it. You suffer because although you believe you are allowing your self to die, you are actually fighting to continue living.
